I use the plug while at work and only have to use one at a time.. I do like that once charged in the carrying case it last all day!!

Besides that instance, sound is great. Fit well in my ears too. Hard to find ear buds that fit in my ear without bothering me. Barely notice they’re even there.

COMFORTABLE TO WEAR, EASY TO FIT AND A REALLY GREAT RANGE AROUND MY HOUSE... EASY 30 OR SO FEET WITHOUT LOOSING THE SIGNAL. Sound level jumps suddenly

The sound level jumps all the way up very suddenly, even when sitting perfectly still. They will also skip tracks, pause, etc. without being given input to do so. We have another pair that doesn't do this, so it seems to be a malfunction with this pair. The fit and sound quality is very good aside from these flaws, but unfortunately, these things make them unusable, particularly since the sudden increase to max volume is dangerous and quite painful.
