I’ve owned multiple pairs of the $40 version of these and aside from the rubber rings you get with those that make it more secure, I can’t really tell a difference in build quality or sound quality. Do note that like their other non-sport JLabs earbuds, these are not fantastic at staying in the year during runs and high sweat activities.

The sound is crystal-clear, the earbuds fit in my ear easily, the attached USB plug is perfect to use without losing it, and having 8 hours of usage before charging them up in the case makes things so much easier for me to enjoy listening to music, etc.

When first purchased, the battery life was great but are very quick to drain after a couple years of almost daily use and dont hold a charge. Bluetooth connectivity is okay but doesn’t always work on the first try.
