Posted .Hi Rhen, perhaps one earbud just became disconnected? If that is the case, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together.
1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device, and turn Bluetooth off
3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 7x quickly, one at a time
4. Choose which bud you want as your dominant, and remove that bud alone. After a few seconds, you should see blue/white flashing lights.
5. remove the remaining bud from the case, wait until you see a solid white light.
6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device.

The headphones fit comfortably in my ears. They did not hurt my ears like previous headphones. I would have recommend them to my friends and family. I even bought a pair for my teenage son. he uses them in class with his chrome book and he loves them very much.

Honestly, I was pretty excited to try these out with my phone, but the second I played a song on my device, I regretted it immediately. The touch controls are not that intuitive, sometimes triggering Google Assistant instead of controlling the volume. The volume itself is nothing to write home about as it always sounds low even when turned up to max. The "Custom EQ Sound" hyped on the box? Yeah, pointless. It does next to nothing. And don't even worry about getting the special app hyped in the "users guide", as it just acts as a selling page for other JLab Audio products and the whole "Audio Break-In" thing is a bunch of malarky. All in all, these are not worth $20...heck, they're hardly worth $10. Spend a little more money and get something better.

In regards to the built in EQ you may have a defective pair. Never had this problem before not even if they’re from Dollar Tree!!!! The earbud silicone made my ears itch and raw. I had dry patches in my ear canals for months before they’d healed. I even tried it with out the silicone and still had an allergic reaction. My son did too, but my daughter (who has eczema) didn’t. So they work fine for her…that’s the ONLY reason I put 1 star.
