Then my husband started using it but it was shorting out. Sound is interrupted even on 80% battery. Sound not loud enough. But pretty tho.

Tried trouble shooting through JLab, youtube, etc...no luck. Returned that pair to get a different one, thinking it might just be faulty. Second pair exactly the same issue.

Poor connection

They dont stay connected via bluetooth. They disconnect constantly and they dont get used at all.
