The sound quality is good, I like the bass boost feature, the tap controls are easy to use, the water resistance works well, they fit snug in my ear, and they have no connectivity or latency issues. Even my previous $99 earbuds had connectivity issues, but these have none at all. Very satisfied with these.

I mainly used for music, and when I needed to make a phone call? turned out its mic was not working. Contacted JLab and was advised to send it back to them, on my expense. No, thank you. I rather to toss this junk instead.

Microphone very poor

The purpose that I purchased the headphones was to talk on the phone using the headphones while doing other activities so I would not have to hold my phone in my hand.

My earbuds from a swap meet lasted longer

Now one is broken and the one that does work doesn't connect to my Bluetooth, forgot to mention the broken one works for a little bit but you have to smack your ear repeatedly just for the music to fade away to nothing a few minutes later.

I knew for the price they wouldn’t probably be amazing. But they have a tin sound too then, like your listening through a tin can. Plus the app they have you download is no help at all. Maybe it's just my phone, but I couldn't even get through a single song without them going in and out. Grabbed some AirPods and it was night and day.

Luckily BB took them back. Also has a non-standard charge method. The standard Mini-C or Micro-usb in replaced by a 6" long tethered cord that plugs into your wall-wart charger or 12v plug.

The metal charging prongs would heat up and start to burn my ear skin to a dangerous degree. Now the left ear bud is dead.
