Missing ear bud

Then if you drop one out of the earbuds because it slides out the conversation drops with client on phone. Then if you lose one of them. No way to get the other to contect.

The USB goes in both ways and if you don't pay attention the case won't charge. When you're on a call you have to speak very loud so they can hear you
