They started out working well for 2 weeks. But now, only 1 ear bud works at a time. It stopped connecting together. The sound quality is good, if you just want a good basic pair for the gym. But since it stopped working, I have to return it.

Only one light turns on (L side) and I can’t return or exchange them.

Never had this problem before not even if they’re from Dollar Tree!!!! The earbud silicone made my ears itch and raw. I had dry patches in my ear canals for months before they’d healed. I even tried it with out the silicone and still had an allergic reaction. My son did too, but my daughter (who has eczema) didn’t. So they work fine for her…that’s the ONLY reason I put 1 star.

My only complaint is that I find it difficult to grasp and remove them from their container. JLab should have pul ridges or something on the buds where you grasp them to remove them from the container.
