    Bought these 4 hours ago. Right one doesn’t work at all. No lights, no sound. Left one sounds like garbage. Will be returning tomorrow.

    This is one piece of junk. The case looks cheap. The left one just does not sync. Tap 7 times does not work either. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

    I wasn't happy with these. I could hear the music and answer my phone. The purpose was to use them to hear on the phone; therefore, I would not recommend these.

    Really uncomfortable. Even with the smallest ear piece it feels like I have to jam these in. They give me an instant headache and I can’t focus on the sound.

    For the price they where good. They have a nice size and sound but they only last about 10min the right one stop working and never work again, they being return and exchange for another brand.

    I bought these as a back up pair. When i paired them to my phone the right earbud does not work. I've tried troubleshooting, but that didn't help at all.

    After using the item for a couple hours, it had a continuous buzz sound. Was very disturbing and had to return the item to the store.

      The Go Air Pop's charging case has a built-in connector that can be plugged into any 5v 1a USB port. You can also plug it into your phone's charger adapter. jlabaudio-conv

    I bought this EarPods and I have used for less than a week and one of the earphones does not charge, terrible product, I will take it back to the store for replacement or to get my money back

    Comfortable Earbuds finally

    Setup/Charging The case is nice and small and the earbuds sit in fine. JLab has the charging cord as part of the case. That is a plus and minus. Plus you always have a charging cable ready to go to top off the case. Downside is cable is part of the case.so if it get damaged won't be an easy fix. So take care of the cable. Fit The fit in the ear are some of the most comfortable I've had. Most ear bugs I can only keep in for about 30-40 minutes in my left ear. These I could keep and not feel like my ear was hurting. So that was a wonderful win Sound: Sound is good. Bluetooth works fine and I had no issue. They sounded good and block out enough noise that while I miss ANC it didn't stop me from using them and listening to my music/audio books without issue. Overall these are a great pair of ear buds that are comfortable to wear sound great and come in a small and easy to carry package.

    Wife could not get them to stay in here ear, so we returned them. We are not sure why this happened.

    factory defect, Bestbuy is not near me, and I request a label return, but bestbuy are not giving us that option. Shame on bestbuy

    left earpiece sound comes and goes

    purchased in Febuary, lost sound in left earpiece March 13th, tried reseting, still intermit sound comes and goes in left earpiece, unable to return. taking a risk buying these..
