The best earphones that I had. Battery life last really long you don't need to charge it that much.

Connects differently to different hardware such as iphone, tv, laptop. It's like trying to figure out a rubrics cube except there is no rhyme or reason and it's more difficult . It sometimes disconnects out of nowhere. Sometimes it connects when in its case. It's so temperamental therefore frustrating. Now they buds aren't charging consistently. Right bud connects and says Full. Five minutes later it says Low and then disconnects! I've cleaned the connections, checked seating, and all sorts of weird stuff that reminds one of how ball players wear their caps funny to change a game. I can't wait to get a hammer and smash them into little bits. I wouldn't accept a replacement nor upgrade because the software is doggerel. Minor complaint, it's hard to extract them from their case. Maybe I need suction cups on my finger tips? Everything else about them was great!

If you are not a regular ear bud user - this is the item for you. I do not have a need to use buds on a regular basis, but it definitely serves its purpose. Occasionally I listen to audio books and these buds work just fine. It took a while to get the right fit, but the extra eartips that were enclosed were an added bonus.

Instructions a little hard to follow but once synced it's easy to use

I finally tossed the cable and got me these cool buds... I love using them when I take my morning walk while listening to Morning Joe
