When I use my hands, I do so with my cell or a bluetooth audio player, which I can see. I can't see what's in my ears, nor should I touch. Hence, never use these for my designated purpose. If you touch these barely audible devices (outdoors) while hiking, say to increase volume, your car, parked in front of your house, 12 kilometers away sets out for the Hajj to Mecca... In short, these have too many functions on too sensitive (of) devices that won't stay in your ears to produce any audible sound. And who in MIT or CMU can figure out the Enigma code for the equalizer? I'm not an engineer! These are supposed to be earphones--that should perform one function: produce audio frequency sound from a Blue-tooth carrier. I sometimes use them at home, which is not why I purchased them.
