They didn't come with a charger so I found one. Charged them up and the next day was great talked and watched You Tube. But the next day it started echoing every other word talking and listening.

The volume and sound was not good, you get whatcha pay for. They were cheap but expected them to work long than a month. BB didn't help either

There are definitely some short-comings, but I expect this when I am not paying near or over $100. These headphones are overall very nice, and definitely worth it for the price. The areas where I would say that these fall short is in audio quality, and I would prefer to have a case that fully shuts. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase and it suits my needs for listening to ASMR at bedtime.

Sometimes, no matter what I do, they won't connect at all.

Posted .Hi there, please try troubleshooting by doing this:
1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device and turn Bluetooth off
3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 7x quickly, one at a time
4. Remove both earbuds from the case. One should blink blue and white, the other a solid white.
6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device.
