Waaay too big!

The sound is great but they are so big, even with the smallest geltips, that I can't keep them in my ears. Not sure what to do, considering how much research I did before purchasing!

They’re a little hard to figure out when they need to be charged but I just charge them a lot so I don’t wind up with no charge
