Very basic but the least expensive. Given the price, they work fine

I have had these for about 3 months as a backup pair of headphones. I now cannot connect them to my phone, and they will not turn off no matter what I do. Hold the buttons for 5+ seconds, nope. Put them in the charging case (which should automatically turn them off), nope. Do yourself a favor and pick any other brand besides jlab.

For what I paid for them I can’t complain if I needed to I’d buy them again

Not the quality you would expect. Decent but the sound quality is inadequate.

Solid battery life. Sound quality is expected for the price point. I rarely use headphones so wasn’t wanting to spend a lot. If you want a basic pair of Bluetooth headphones that produce quality sound definitely pick these up.

Had to replace wireless earbuds so i bought these. I'm satisfied so far.

Has an ok sound. I'm not to fond of the charging cable. But it's ok. Does it's job.

Ear buds quit charging an one quit working. I would not recommend this for anyone .

On first glance, this is a great product with great reviews at a great price. Unfortunately, the reviews don’t match what I observed. As soon as I placed phone down there was no sound. Tried to problem solve with no success. Spend more money to get a better product or stick to the headphones that chain you to your phone.

Would not recommend if you want to make phone calls or listen to music. Just okay for listening to audio books. Invest a few more dollars for a better pair.

bought as stocking stuffers...no issues as far as i know

I bought a second pair after my first set went out thinking it was a fluke now only after a few months the left earbud with working on this set also

Not having a lid, dust and co get in there. The earbuds are not much “noise cancellation” actually you can hear them rasp in your ear.

If you want a cheap pair of buds. Not for me i took them back.

After using these buds for a short while I'm a fan. These buds offer pretty decent sound quality at an outstanding value. Pairing these buds was super simple - pull a headphone out of the innovative charging case and they're ready to pair. It took less than 45 seconds from out of the package until these were ready to play sound. The pre-installed tip fit my ear canal fairly well. It did take a bit of fidgeting to get a decent fit, but once I figured out how to get a good fit, it's essentially a thoughtless process you do automatically when inserting them into the ear. Sound quality is good - especially for the price. These buds are perfect for working out or doing outdoor yard work - where you need music but you're not necessarily overly concerned about that 11 out of 10 sound quality, nor are you going to be out a ton of cash if one falls out, gets lost, ate by the lawnmower, etc.. I do have to turn them up quite a bit to get a decent volume out of them, but ultimately they do get loud enough for my listening tastes. The charing case is pretty cool - the headphones snap into place with a reassuring magnetic click and so far I haven't been able to accidentally dislodge them. The integrated charging cable is also a huge pro - you can charge these anywhere without needing to carry a cable. There is a recommended burn-in procedure where it plays various types of noise (pink noise, brown noise, frequency sweeps, etc..) for 20 minutes or so at a time, and they recommend doing this for 40 hours. I honestly don't see anyone who buys value buds doing this, but I did it for one cycle and though the science sounds solid on it, they sound decent enough without 39 additional hours of this. I've made a phone call on these or two, and the call quality was great and the remote party did not mention any issues hearing me as well. Overall, these buds are great performers and If I lost them today I'd probably go pick up another set.

They are ok. They don't stay in my ears. They keep falling out. Very irritating.

Sound quality is okay. Found the best EQ setting for me is Balanced. Comfort in the ear is okay. I use it for running and it's pretty secure in my ear so I don't fear it falling off. I could not consistently choose the functions from tapping the buds. I recommend it for the price I paid for it ($20).
