I listened with them maybe 5 times. The touch controls somewhat hard to control. They have stopped responding to the charger. Please don't waste your forty dollars. They're junk and especially do not deserve all these good reviews I've read.

I purchased these to replace another pair that had failed. These worked great with my phone from the first! They are comfortable and did not require any unusual fitting!

The controls for using these earbuds are on the right earbud and they're controlled by touch. There is no way to turn them off and a wrong movement can end a phone call. If you need them for music then they are a good buy, but phone calls not so much.

Excellent Value. Comfortable and in ear. Controls are a little tough in my opinion but overall a good set.

The earbuds has a minimal quality of sound but is already great for first users.Its easy to bring along and wear it wherever you want to enjoy a good music.Its price is affordable.This is something you can recommend to friends and family.

Hi, they worked great when my kid bought them and for 2 months...the charging case stopped working and we cant charge them anymore. Frustrating, would not buy again. Talked to BestBuy and cant return have to go through Jlab for warranty.

I own at least 5 different pairs of wireless earbuds and these are among my favorites. Very comfortable, especially at bedtime if you like drifting off to a good audiobook.

We got these as a gift for our niece. She was able to pair them easily and enjoys the sound quality.

These eat buds are awesome for the price point! They are great for smaller inner ears and they don’t look like you have a hearing in. Love!

Nice cheap price, but sound quality for music is not good. For phone calls it's OK. Not that easy to configure (base, highs, etc) so I don't fiddle with the sound much. For the price I'd recommend.

Can we possibly exchange the headphones for another of the same kind? My boss sounds garbled in Teams Meetings. This item was recommended by one of his engineers. I would recommend if it was working. My boss would rate it poor.

Bought these for my nephew as a gift. He absolutely loves them and it was something inexpensive for him in case he damaged them by accident.

One headphone didn't work at all. I called tech support and they told me to destroy these, take a picture and send it to them and they would send me a new pair. I returned these to Best Buy and got my money back.

The JLab Go Air is a good pair of earbuds for its price point. Pros: ⁃ Light weight ⁃ Good bass ⁃ Stays in your ear (just like most earbuds, it seals in your ear so the sound really resonates, & it acts like a noise cancelling feature) ⁃ Tapping gestures to control is pretty good Cons: ⁃ Case doesn’t have a lid to close so dirt can go inside the charging case ⁃ Highs are too high even when using JLab signature equalizer setting; sound is a little muffled at the same time ⁃ Spotty Bluetooth connection at times; sometimes has static, sometimes gets disconnected ⁃ Phone calls are a bit on the soft side Overall, again, this is a pretty good set of earbuds especially for $30. Unless you’re an audiophile, I think this might work for a lot of people.

Ear buds started acting up three weeks after purchase, I was going to try and get them replaced but it was passed the time limit to take them back, so I just ate the loss and brought another pair online.

I had them for 1 week tried to talk on the phone and the volume goes all the way down . So I tossed them out . I went back to my blueparrot Bluetooth

Girlfriend wanted them, and after researching walmart and online, best buy was where she wanted to go to get them, shes had no complaints and loves them.

I don't know where the reviews of this earbuds are coming from. A flat plane sound. No bass ,no volume Please avoid this waste of time Our time is valuable.

I tried to use these while cutting the grass and it would constantly skip forward and back through songs without me touching them. Needless to say they unfortunately ended up under the lawnmower. Would not recommend.

Purchased as a back up for my daughter. Shes enjoying and says more comfortable than ipod
