    Sooo low quality, I can barely hear, I don’t like, so expense and so cheap quality

      Hi there, you may find that the sound is better when you try different ear tips, give them a slight twist when placing in your ear, and switch between EQ settings. If this doesn't help, please reach out to our customer support team to assist you. -JLab jlabaudio-conv

    Got them joined to my Bluetooth on the first day i had them but unable join since.

    Let me start off by saying that I am fully into music and have high expectation when it comes to sound quality. But I also can lower those expectations based on my prejudgment, like me thinking the cheap price on these and the lack of my really knowing this company means they will sound 'meh.' They are easy to connect. There are too many functions for me to remember what does what but they are earbuds, so I guess in order to keep things totally wireless, they want you to be able to control everything on the ear. Cool. I know the important things. On, off and eq change. Sound quality totally shocked me. On the real, these sound good. I am not used to earbuds other than the wired ones that used to come with androids but I know how I like sound in my ears. You have to put the eq on J Lab Signature for the best sound. And when you look at their little diagram in the little guide, it makes sense. Anyway, the other two settings sound like garbage. J Lab Sig gives the best clarity, treble and base. It is a nice balanced sound. And I can really hear some bass in them... not just treble all day long. They have a case with no cover, but just magnetic attraction to hold the buds in place. You charge the case and then put the buds in the case to charge those. However, if you plug in the case and it finishes charging, but you leave it plugged in while you are charging the buds, there is no way to know what the buds are doing. The signals are for the case while plugged in. OR for the buds without the case plugged in ONLY. Not both. The tapping on the L/R buds are what control everything. However, I find that you have to learn the right way to tap, when you are tapping 3x for the eq. Tap too fast and nothing happens. You have to time your 3 taps properly so that the buds can read it. Overall, I thought the sound was really good for $50. I was very impressed! And I recommend. Peace.

    By far the WORST earbuds I've purchased. The were reasonable & so was the quality.

    Do not buy these waste of money you better off paying Aleast 150 to 200 for apple air buds

      The GO air is our lowest tier of true wireless earbuds. Perhaps our Jbuds air or Epic air series would be a better fit for you. -JLab jlabaudio-conv
