    Absolute garbage. The sound goes out every few minutes for thirty seconds or so. I don’t recommend these for anyone doing anything. The position they set in the ear has no grip so tilt your head and they will fall out. That will be when you hear a sound

    Product is okay if only one ear piece needed. Left earbud quit working after the first week.

    Don't come with a charger when it went dead couldn't charge

      Hi Ladybug0115,

      The Go Air have a charging cord built into the bottom of the charging case. This is a standard USB connector that can be plugged into either a laptop/desktop port or I even use my cell phone charging block. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns.

    they didn’t work out of the box…. i had to return them… one side just wouldn’t connect despite being turned on and charged! i looked around and it seemed to be a frequent problem so i just returned them and got something else instead!
