Very frustrated with these they do not stay in my ears even if I am doing nothing with movement involved they still do not stay in my ear.

The JLab - GO Air True Wireless In-Ear Headphones are a solid pair of wireless earbuds for their cost. The fit and feel is good. The sound is solid - not high-end, of course, but still solid. They were very easy to pair and are simple to control. They snap into the included charging case and start up as soon as you take them out and put them in your ears. They do feel a little stiff in my ears and I believe I could reach a point of 'wear-fatigue' after a few hours. However, I don't use them for extended periods of time, so it's not an issue for me. I do wish there were a cover for the charging case, but they feel secure when in it. Great wireless earbuds for the price!

Lasted 2 months . Only one side works at a time . Reset it many times following jlab directions by phone and online .. doesn’t fix the issue . reception cuts in and out . You can send it back to jlab if you want to pay for shipping handling not worth it for price of earbuds .

Don't like the shape, and never fit my ear regardless of size. If you want a good pair of wireless earbuds, it better to spend the money then going cheap.

I liked how small the unit was, but, I returned them due to the fact that I could not answer the phone with the left ear bud and even with the smallest ear rubber piece, it was uncomfortable.

These earbuds broke within 2 weeks. I literally used them a couple of times and that was it. The sound quality is shockingly terrible too. I bought these because I had done some research online for the best cheap bluetooth headphones and these regularly came up on the lists. One positive side of them was the fact that they fit my small ears pretty comfortably. However, after several hours of use, the raised logo on the ear tip started irritating my ear but that wasn't that bad. I would not recommend buying these. Just go for headphones that are not true wireless if you want to stay in this price range.

The sound is good. The earbuds stoped holding a charge . Extremely frustrating they charge but only work for an hour max.

Not very good at all ,you can't answer a call with out dropping the call. You can't adjust the volume through the blue tooth you must do it through your phone

They are a decent temporary fix when I can’t find my Samsung air buds. Battery doesn’t stay charged very long and sound quality it just Ok and they are not very comfortable in my ears.

Another PRC product. Is sturdy however sound quality is poor, the earbuds don’t fit and stay in ear. My AirPods were the best, regret buying this junkie.

Getting it set up and using it is very time consuming and difficult to pair and get to work, no extra ear buds for replacement.

Not well made and didn't fit my son's ears well. They kept falling out. Unfortunately I would not recommend

I bought these thinking they'd be good but too my disappointment they were really bad sounding. No better than 1$ earphones. Severely disappointed. Went to get a refund.

These things can't be beat for the price!! At under $30.00 they re a steal!! I bought them because I have a very expensive pair of Samsung Galaxy ear buds, that have fallen out of my ear before while either working outside or walking my dog... I just didn't want to lose them! So the JLabs are like 1/7th the price, and quite frankly sound pretty close to the Galaxy buds!! They really exceeded my expectations! The touches and taps have a slight learning curve, but are easily conquered! All I can say is to buy these, and you will not be sorry!

The volume quality sucks. Would like to hear music and callers voice louder than a whisper. Will never purchase jlab products again

They are hard to keep up with. And the sound quality is horrible. When you make calls its a horrible connection.

Cannot shut these off. I can get them to do everything else, tap to answer your phone, tap tap to fast forward. But 3 taps to shut off? Nope. Would not recommend.

I am impressed with these JLab - GO Air wireless earbuds for their price point. My initial thought was that they would be OK but not perform as well as they have for me. Out of the box the device is sleek and stylish, but the first noticeably different thing is the way the unit charges. The USB cable is affixed to the bud hold and allow you to simply plug these into your any USB port or power block for charging. For me, this is a cool deal because I can charge them on my laptop's USB hub. However, I have not had to charge these even once since I have gotten them. Let me be clear here, they were almost fully charged out of the box, but I have used them well over the manufacture's battery life specification of 20 hours and they still show to have half a battery worth of power left. The sound quality is great for the gym or listening to music, but I would not recommend for loud areas. The buds fit well but are not noise canceling and in louder environments the earbuds do not get loud enough to overcompensate for the outside world. Again though, I could still hear them while in these environments and whenever playing when I was not in noise pollution settings I have/had no issues with the quality or their ability to be loud. My only gripe is the touch sensitive control pads that make up the logo on each earbud. I still cannot get it to work right and most of the time I end up turning on the Google assistant or turning the sound down. This normally happens when I am resecuring them in my ear. I have used enough different kinds of earbuds to know that my ear lobes must be shaped goofy, and I always have a hard time keeping inner earbuds in place. These do fit very nicely, and I am able to work, relax, jog, and hit the gym in them without the worry of losing one. The connectivity is fantastic, but it is limited to right about the specified 30 feet away from your streaming device. I have no issues with these, and I have made them my daily drivers. I would highly recommend these to anyone (despite the side touch sensors :) based on their price, styling, battery life, and solid audio performance.

They are too big an heavy, as a result they fall out of my ears. I do not recommend them to others.

These JLab ear plugs did not stay in my ears. Had to return them.
