Affordable and comfortable in-ear headphones
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are affordable in-ear headphones, but you are getting barebones of headphones. The two ear buds fit magnetically in a charging case. The ear buds easily slide into their positions and are easily removed. The charging case itself has attached the USB connection wire (very short). I was not a huge fan of this, as I do not often charge my devices with a computer and plugging this into a wall type charger would be difficult. The ear buds themselves were simple to pair with my phone. The flip side of that is that they are supposed to disconnect upon docking. I have had slight issues with that as on occasion they have remained connected to my phone even while in the dock. This is irritating when expecting to hear a video to find out it is playing in your docked ear buds. The ear buds have touch response to allow you to start or stop music and skip tracks. I personally found that the touch was almost too sensitive as I would accidentally initiate the touch response, even while placing the ear buds. I did find the variation in ear piece sizes to be fantastic, and I was able to have these headphones fit comfortably without movement and not fall out, very pleased with this aspect. Overall, the sound quality itself did not live up to my desires either. I would have to put my volume to at least 90% to be able to comfortably listen and even then I am straining some; maybe I’m just deaf but often I have my volume around 50% otherwise. These ear buds are small and fit comfortably, they have worked as a good backup for me, but I would not be able to personally use these as my every day headphones for studying.

Don't Get These
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the jlab noise canceling wireless earphones, so I thought that I would get these as a backup spare. For $20, not bad...or so I thought. There is a HUGE difference in sound quality. The battery lasts around 8-9 hours of continuous play, and frequently I get static. Also, one earphone or the other drops, so I have to stop and pair again to my phone. Overall, I can't recommend these, but def try a better quality jlab product.

not my favorite
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once I paired this with my phone it connected easily enough, but even when I had them in their case, it stayed connected to my phone so I was unable to answer a call without them. This happened several times when I had them put away and was not a good solution for me. I also didn't like that it had a built in USB A adapter with the very short cord. I have charging stations that would have been easier to be able to just plug into a usb C port. so the A adapter was very inconvenient for me and my situation.

Great Price, OK Overall
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a pair for the AirPods that has the charging case (not the wireless charging case) but I wanted to try these out because I want a pair I can jog or work out in. These with the ear tips that insert in to your ear I thought would fit the bill. Sadly, I have some issues that might be a deal breaker. Continue to read on for my breakdown of the JLab Audio Go Air True Wireless In-Ear Headphones! Pros: * Charging case * Compact charging case size so it fits in my pocket nicely * Came fully charged * Longer battery life than the AirPods * Pretty good sound quality * 3 different equalizer settings which sound nice for a less expensive pair of true wireless ear buds * Simple to open packaging * Directions were nice and 100% correct * Controls via tapping methods on the ear buds Cons: * Getting the ear buds out of the magnetic case was a little difficult for me. I am unsure why as I am a shorter person with average sized hands for someone my size * These began to hurt my ears within an hour or two hours of use. I do not get this with my other ear buds * While it does have decent sound these are still fairly cheap so don't expect studio sound quality out of them. But for the price it is nice! * Again, I will mention the hurting my ears, as I previously mentioned I am shorter than average and have average ears for my size so additional ear tips would have been a really nice addition where I could maybe go to a smaller size to see if it wouldn't hurt my ears as much * No "wing tips" like another all wireless ear bud offers. While the set that includes that is about 100-125x more expensive it is only rubber so placing some "wing tips" on the earbuds in order to more securely fit them to my ear would have been great. Conclusion: I do not outright hate these ear buds and will continue to use them for a bit longer but if my ears continue to hurt then I'll just have to retire this set and go back to my main every day wireless ear buds which I'd prefer not to do when running or working out.

Great buy
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned several sets of earbuds, but most seemed too big for my liking. I decided to give these JLab Go Air True Wireless Earbuds a try since they're advertised as being 20% smaller than their more expensive "big brothers". Because of their lower cost, I had expected them to offer lower sound quality than the more expensive sets. However, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that, IMO, the sound quality matches that of many of its more expensive rivals. So, with these earbuds, we get good sound quality and smaller size at a lower price. With all of this going for them, what's not to like? Highly recommended.

Listen music, but not talk

I Implore you to not buy these
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Too bad there is no zero star rating. These headphones are absolute trash. Complete garbage. They don't pair easily, they sound terrible, the two buds barely communicate. They skip constantly, both on MAC and Windows machines. I honestly wish to God I never wasted $30 for these. They have actively made my life worse. Will never ever ever buy Jlab again. Cannot express in human language how much you should not buy these. Spend your $30 on actual manure or hamster-cage shavings, you'll get better ROI.

These Earbuds: The Rise and Fall
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds certainly have potential, which is evident in their quite immaculate use when still new and fresh--however, it all dims down in a frankly disappointing style as one begins to see its unfortunate, but inevitable downfall. Few weeks after my pleasant use of these earbuds, I noticed that, seemingly out of nowhere, one earbud lost its abilities. I trudged on nonetheless, half hoping it would return to its previous state and half wondering when I would visit Best Buy to very politely demand a response on why my very acceptable earbuds had failed to satisfy my listening needs. However, one day, it all took another turn for the worst. Now, NEITHER of my earbuds was working! This was simply unacceptable, Sadness and an intense sense of grief for what my earbuds had once been filled inside me. That, everyone, is why I am here writing this review.

I’m not even joking.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So here I am on a rainy Wednesday getting out of my car to go into a grocery store and do an Instacart. I try and be quick and grab my keys, phone, and new Jlab Bluetooth ear buds and run into the store to start my shopping. Me being a complete disaster like per usual, I bump into my car door and drop my ear buds on the wet asphalt in the pouring rain. I immediately bend down to pick the case up and the ear buds have fallen out of the case. I start panicking and talking to myself spinning around in circles saying oh no! I just bought these! Oh no oh no oh no! And running around my car like like a complete imbecile. An old lady comes over and asks me if I’m ok as she stares at the crazy me that is kneeling down in the poor raining looking under the car to find my ear buds. I explain that I JUST bought these like a week ago and that I dropped them and lost them. She apologizes for not being able to be of more help and I apologize back and appreciate her for being concerned for my distress. She leaves and I have retrieved the one ear bud out from under the car. I quickly jump back in the car and wipe the remnants of water off of the surface. I place the ear bud in the charging dock and the light blinks to indicate it’s charging. The right ear bud is fine. I frantically get out and look in the floor board of my vehicle hoping that maybe the ear bud fell out in the car and I raced to get out of the rain. I look in the seat and cup holders but no luck is found. I start looking around the car. The black ear buds blend in so well with the black wet asphalt of the grocery store parking lot. Cars are leaving and cars are coming in and I fear that maybe it has gotten crushed and I won’t be able to find it. I panic even more. My glasses becoming wet and foggy making it practically impossible to see. I go on the passengers side of my vehicle. Determined to find the left ear bud. Please let me find it. I say to myself. Next to the rear passenger side tire there is a small puddle. In the puddle I see the left ear bud. It’s COMPLETELY SUBMERGED IN WATER. I quickly grab the ear bud, run around the other side of the car, and jump in the car. My glasses completely useless to see as they are covered in cold rain water. I take them off and examine the ear bud. It’s completely soaked. I mean obviously it was completely submerged in water for a good 5 MINUTES. I pull the rubber piece from the ear bud and dab it all over a tissue. I get as much water off of it that I can and replace the rubber piece back on. I finally place it into the charging dock and it appears to be charging. To test it I remove both ear buds and place them in my ears. I unlock my phone and click the app Spotify. I start playing the first song that is on queue. And suddenly I hear Slipknot playing in my ears. The ear buds were ok! They both were perfectly fine! Short version: I dropped my ear buds on the ground in the rain and one was completely submerged in a puddle for a good 5 minutes and still worked. These ear buds are great. BUY THEM.

Horrible, Poor and Terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these, and instantly regret getting them. I got them, the package was very easy to open which was a plus side. So, I charged them for a few hours and came on to check on them. I used the instruction manual which came with it, and I connected it to my phone. I opened my music player, which works with all my other headphones, and it worked perfectly, but THEN after 30 seconds I heard a SCREECH sound which almost sounded static sound on my left earpiece. Second of all, they were very very uncomfortable. You could feel the earbud sticking in your ear. They kept falling of from my ear, so I decided to return this product. I do NOT recommend this at all, even if the other reviews say it is good.

need not have bothered
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you want ear buds that turn the volume up to an uncomfortable loud level and every time you use them, and you are tempted to rip them out of your ears and through them against the wall by all means get this pair. I hold my head perfectly still. and the volume rockets up on its own. I can't even tap the left ear fast enough to make it stop. I bought 2 pairs from Best Buy both do the same thing across multiple devices and users. It also pauses things randomly and skips. I know they are only $20 but come on if they wanted to save money leave out the tap functions all together. That would be a better option than this half butted attempt at implementation.
