They worked great for a while but after a a few weeks or a few months of use, they just decide to not connect, the left ear bud just stops working, and pairing the earbuds together is the skit complicated series of pressing this ear us 4 times and that earbud 6 times and then wait 4 minutes and then do a little dance. NO! Your product should just WORK. I bought TWO sets of these earbuds and the first pair the left earbuds just stopped connecting and now doesn’t play sound. The second pair just stopped pairing today and won’t connect to Bluetooth let alone pair to eachother. Terrible product that needs to be taken off the shelves immediately. Do not buy.

Constantly falling out of ears, very poor sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought these and they are constantly falling out of my ears, after only wearing them for 10 minutes they fell out of my ears at least 5 times, I even tried changing the size of the ear tips and that did nothing, these are very poorly designed. If you plan on doing any running or heavy workouts do yourself a favor and don’t buy these, they are by far the worst pair of headphones I have ever owned. I even tried changing the size of the ear tips and that did nothing. The sound quality is also very poor, with the volume turned all the way up I can still hear someone talking to me clear as day. Do not waste your money on these cheap ear buds, complete garbage.

Sound quality isn't amazing. They aren't very comfortable. Pretty disappointed. Probably wouldn't recommend these to anyone wanting comfortable ear buds.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i wouldn't recommend this product, I've only had it for a few days it has fallen out of my ear so many times its not worth putting it in at all, the sound quality is OK, but if you are active gym, exercising, any type of activity be aware it may fall out of your ear, i out the smaller pad on and it still falls out its so annoying, if this covid 19 wasn't a major issue I would TOTALLY return this item, they were only 29.99 but not worth it

Their customer support is very quick to assist and after troubleshooting they reccomend that I send a picture of the destroyed earbuds for a full store credit. This means there is no fix and their product is absolute garbage.

The battery stopped holding after only a few months while the other ones are still working great after years of use. I also really dislike that these dont have the buttons, but hey they are 20 bucks cheaper than the other ones, so I guess 20 bucks is 20 bucks for some.

Poor battery life.

I would have loved to give these earbuds a five, because I truly enjoy them. However after just 6 months the battery goes dead after about two hours. I would not buy these again.
