    Horrible quality

    The right earbud stopped working on only my third day of use, with no external damage, no dropping of product, etc. I can only assume that the poor quality and cheap manufacturing caused them to break on the inside. Do not buy these earbuds, for 30 dollars they are not worth and are out matched by any other product on the market.

    Frustrated

    Had for about 2 months. Right earbud is going out. I have to position it right in order for it to make sound and it's lower then the left. Mostly im just spending most of my time trying to fix it. That and it cuts out alot whenever I have my phone in my pocket. I literally have to hold my phone in my hand for it to play crisp.

    The prototype

    The $50 version of this product is great, but these are not. These are lacking several features that make them sit poorly in the ears. The stem that goes into your ear is missing is missing a slight extension that, with the other model, made you feel like you could push the headphone into your ear canal so it would stick. Because of this, these are never going to feel like they're going to stay in your ear. These are also a bit more square in shape and really don't seemed to be designed to fit anywhere in your ear comfortably and are missing the small rubber boot that came with the $50 set and really seemed to give you that extra bit of security for them to not fall out.

    Save your money and buy something better.

    The earbuds were good until the left earbud stopped working after 2-3 months. I got a replacement pair, and not only did the left earbud stop working again after a while; both earbuds began emitting high pitched squeaking and hissing sounds as well.

    Disappointing

    Broke after 2 weeks of use. The right ear bud wont even charge anymore and dosnt respond to the carrier,no blue light even when plugged in. Jlab headphones are usually ok so I thought these would be fine as well. Nope. Quite disappointing

    The worst earbud product ever

    By far the worst earbuds ever purchased. Left earbud completely stopped working 4 days after purchase complete waist of time. I will never buy jlabs products again.

    Bad Design

    I hated mine. These don't have a cover so if you put it your backpack or purse the buds fall out because they don't have a cover or strong magnet. Okay, fine, the "doesn't have a cap" is my fault. But the magnetism is just really weak. Every time I want to listen to something, they're dead because they either don't auto shut off or fall out of the case. It's a little baffling to me why they wouldn't include a cap. It's hard to turn on too. Not sure if I got a bad product but it seemed like no matter what I did, it just wouldn't turn on. Also the charger - USB cable - is like 2 inches long. You get what you paid for, I suppose.

    One earbud stopped working after less than 1 year, and they make you pay shipping for warranty claims. Troubleshooting instructions did not work to reset the earbud.
