The voice goes up and down without even changing it. I am ashamed for giving it as a gift to my Mom, I asked her how its working and then she showed me the issue. Volume unstable.

Returned the item. The item would not fit in my ears. I have to take out the cushions because they are too big. The package did not come with the small second size. So I could not use them.

Their okay. They easily come out of the case and ear. I gave them to my 9 year old.

This is good for a child or person that is starting out being a responsible ear bud owner.

Hard to get out of case and ear once in.But all in all for 20 bucks pretty good.

Purchased and used 1 time then put in case and in my purse they did not hold the charge. As soon as I take them off the charger they show a red dot instead of blue.

This is my 4th pair of earphones...reason for the one star? Well, I bought the skin color earbuds and of course it wasn't the one I wanted but, I kept it because I was too lazy to return it. Well, the left earbud had either no sound or it would cut off, so I returned it and got my now 4th pair. This one has poor connectivity, my phone cannot be in my pocket and I can't go a few feet from my phone/laptop or else the earbuds won't connect. Such a great earbud but now it's not the same quality as the older ones.

I have owned other JLab ear buds in the past with good results. Unfortunately these didn't work out for me so I returned them. I was looking for an inexpensive Bluetooth earbud to use to watch TV. These had considerable dropouts which made them annoying to use. To test, I used my Bose Ultras and they worked fine.

I really like these ear buds , they just fall out really easy.

After a while it will die like you can charge it but it will not reconnect.

It's ok, you can't really hear out of the ear buds. The volume for me is not loud enough.

the sounds ok and are simple, but the buds don't feel great in the ear.

Works awesome. Not too expensive. Sounds just as good as the more expensive ones.

Okay for the price I paid the battery runs out quickly after few months of use.

Bad sounds but using it for listening to my books its good takking not so much

I liked these at first, but the longer I’ve had them, the more I dislike them. And the left earbud makes a staticky/crackling sound every now and then that’s really irritating.

Mannnn these are cheap but quality and powerful and have 3 modes… Balanced, Bass Boost, and JBL Signature. There are extra interchangeable buds for ear size. They also last a very long time a full charge they’ll last all day. Best headphones they’re just as good as air pods or better!

Not very good. No ear adapters stay in the ears. There are better fitting models.
