Hard to remove out of case.

One stopped pairing/resetting w/in a month, but after 2 weeks. Not exchangeable. Was told we should have bought a protection plan. Best Buy does not guarantee their products will function properly beyond 2 weeks. I'll be purchasing a replacement elsewhere.

Can't beat these for the price!

The built-in charging cord is a good idea. The reason for my one star review is this. I got to use these for a couple of weeks and everything was fine until the right earbud fell out of my ear onto the ground. Now the Blue tooth in that earbud will NOT connect to my phone anymore rendering these headphones useless. Buyer Beware Durability issues.

problematic earbuds

The earbuds where difficult to take out from the case. The compact size and construction quality where the only good this about this product. For me, not the best product of this brand, which tend to be very good. I will not recommend it.

I love the bass and clarity, much more than I expected at this price. The battery life was amazing in the beginning, buy it lasts hardly an hour after an ear. Even after charging for a full day, it says battery: medium when I plug in my ears. Now I don't use it to watch movies because it won't last till the end.
