I put these things through the washer and dryer 6 times before they finally quit working. They are so ridiculously reliable for the price. Just buy them.

I am so happy with these!!! The case is small and easy to carry in my pocket. The usb is built onto the case. It’s awesome.

I had bought these because I'd hoped a smaller earbud would mean a better time sleeping in them, but I couldn't even make it long enough to go to sleep. The sound quality is good, but they keep falling out of my ears, they hurt my ears far more than larger models for some bizarre reason, and most importantly, the design of the case is a nightmare for those of us with arthritis, tendinitis and other issues with fine motor skills. This is because the earbuds need to be pinched out of the case with a great deal of force because the earbuds themselves are significantly smaller than other models and the indentations of the case are very deep-set. Just trying to test these out has caused me to have a tendinitis flare, so I'm going to be in pain for days thanks to these garbage earbuds. JLab, why not simply use the design of the Air Icon True across the board? That one was flawless for folks like me who don't have the physical capacity to grip tiny things with large amounts of force. At last census count, it was estimated over 1 in 8 people in America are physically disabled to some degree, which is likely an undercount. Is our money not good enough for you? Why not make your products accessible to everyone by default?

They work great for the money. Really like that you can change the size of the ear piece. I need the small size, or they fall outo ofmy ears.

I never knew what I was missing before I had these head phones. I download a book onto the phone and I can listen without disturbing anyone around me.

Works fine but the range seems short. My other JLab earbuds have a better range.

Dope earphones love the built in charger no need to look for one

They work great, but occasionally lose the connection to the bluetooth player, even if it's in my pocket.

I bought these a month ago to give wireless earbuds a try. I'm very happy with these. They're sturdier than I thought and the audio quality is great!

For the price and quality I can’t give these anything but a 5. Better than some of their other budget offerings and a better microphone for calls.

This is my first wireless ear pods. I bought it so that I can listen to music while eating. Turns out eating moves the ear too. So one ear bud keeps falling off. The music does not get as loud as several wired ear buds also using. Bought on Black Friday for half price. Satisfied with quality at this great bargain.

Good inexpensive wirless earbuds but I'd wish they would get rid of the "shorty" USB A charging pigtail.

Don’t last over a year since they start to malfunction one way or another.

Can't beat them.inky issue is when you try to turn up the volume , they switch to the next song .
