Would not buy these ever again. Piece of junk. The earbuds continually have problems. One day they both work and charge just fine. Then out of no where only one will work and charge. Then all of a sudden a few days later the other starts working again and then a few days later the other one stops working. I have read other reviews after this happened that this is a problem for a lot of people. Have been on Jlabs website and they say it is a pairing problem. Well if it was a pairing problem that would be one thing, but when one of the earbuds is dead and won’t charge you can’t pair it. You can see from the pictures that the one that has the white light is working the other one is dead. If you put the ear bud in the docking station it should light up. Middle picture won’t light up so no charge, the other one that works it lights up when you put it in the charging station. My wife is having the same issue with hers. I didn’t follow my own advice you get what you pay for. Stay away.

Waste of money! The left one says 90% battery life then dies in less than 10 minutes. Ive left it in the charging case for hours and even plugged it in to charge. Disconnected and tapped 7 times... nothing works.

Audio quality is average or below. Mic quality is not good enough to use reliably outside. I like that they are white and easy to find. Good for the price. If you are looking for cheap easy to see headphones that fit comfortably enough I recommend these. I like the built in charger.

I’ve used Apple wired EarPods for years and wanted to ditch the untangling of wires, but not break the bank on AirPods yet. Overall- these JLab Go Airs are worth $29 for my needs. I now have a set of headphones I can easily put in without untangling for a minute that seems to last forever. Positives: - Charging case battery life: I’ve hardly had to charge (and it will plug into Apple USB charger or laptop) - Battery life of earbuds: I have used them for streaming several shows in a row without coming close to running out of battery - Earbud: completely fills my ear, so outside noises are nearly completely blocked. As someone with social anxiety, I could see myself using these in noisy environments even without audio playing to get some quiet - Price: really good value for the low price relative to alternatives Negatives: - Comfort: I need to frequently adjust the angle of the earbuds. If they sit on my ear in one spot for too long it gets uncomfortable. I’ve never had that problem with Apple EarPods. These have a rubber tip that you can remove. I spent a few days with it removed, and I still had comfort issues. (Also, it it removed, they don’t block out the outside noise completely, which can be a good thing if I need to be able to hear my kids playing) - Sound Quality: you get what you pay for. The audio quality is poor. Inexpensive speakers that do the job of carrying sound. - Volume: the max volume level isn’t that loud. When running on the treadmill, I need to have these turned up all the way, and feel like I could use 1 or 2 levels higher.

Overall, these JLab wireless earbuds are good but they are occasionally uncomfortable and have sensitive ‘tap’ features for volume and skipping. Start up is nice, it gives me pertinent information by saying “Hello. Bluetooth Connected. Battery Full”. The Bluetooth needs to be activated on the device first, and then the ear buds start to connect automatically once using the same device again. The ear buds automatically connected and even started up Spotify from where I left off the previous time I used the device. The Sound Quality was good. This set has 3 Equalizer Modes: JLab Signature, Balanced, and Bass Boost. I prefer the JLab Signature. This package comes with multiple earbud inserts of different sizes. Looks, Comfort, Fit: The look is sleek, white and grey. The case comes with a short USB charging cable attached. It tucks away neatly. I can’t say these earbuds are the most comfortable and they’re a little hard to fit to get used to. I used these while working out and they fell out once or twice, took me a little while to figure out the best angle to place them for my ears. When using them just to lay around and watch YouTube on my phone, my ears started to hurt after about 20 minutes. I would like to use them for longer periods of time. The “buttons” or “tap” features on the ear buds are a little sensitive. It might take a few taps before it registers to start once you’ve been using them. When watching YouTube, I wanted to use one earbud or I would take one out to hear something else, the ear buds would activate the “next” feature and it would skip to another video before I was done. I find that turning the volume up directly on my phone is simpler than tapping the ear buds, but I can see how it may be helpful if you’re far enough away from the phone that you would need to use the volume single tap feature. The battery seems to be healthy within the first week of use and it’s easy to charge with the charging cable attached on the case. The magnets seem to be strong enough to stay in the case without risk of falling out. The case does not have a cover so removal and restoring the earbuds is accessible. The earbuds and the case have a clear L and R labeling.

This is a nice versatile set of earbuds, at home and especially on the go. They are currently in use as I am writing this review. Bluetooth pairing went without a hitch and once you adjust the right size ear tips for your ears, there is a lot of natural noise cancellation. The buds come with 3 EQ settings but the JLab signature is so good that I don't even bother with the others. I wish this EQ setting was configured to all my other headphones. Maybe you can tinker with EQ settings yourself, but out of the box I love this setting for all my music genres with no need for me to personally adjust it any further. Tapping and holding the ends of the buds to select settings and functions works extremely well. Not perfect (never had a pair that senses all presses 100% of the time) but the best I've used so far. Calls are clear and you can use both as a pair or a single bud. I use these for work with a single bud and both for music and other media. They are comfortable for me, but ergonomics will depend on the individual. Charging is easy and doesn't take too long. The only thing I wish it had was an overall louder volume ceiling. The pair is not low sounding at all, I just wish it was a tad more loud. This is an overall great set of buds. With the JLab EQ setting particularly standing out.

I have always had trouble with earbuds- they don't stay in my ears! These are so comfortable. Very easy to pair with phone, laptop, etc. The sound is very good. I'm still learning the "touch commands" for the different settings (volume up, answer call, etc) Phone calls sound very good. Other person says it sounds like you are on speakerphone but that's fine. The distance is great! I left my phone in my room charging and walked out the front door and could still hear music. I had to walk pretty far down the driveway for it to start breaking up. They arrived fully charged so I was able to open the box and start using them.

They are really good deal for the price. They have good bass and sound quality. Battery life is good too. I watched a whole movie and a TV episode and still had power left. And they connect right away. My only complain is it falls out of my ear something when I turn my head or move around. Other than that, these are great. I compared these with my JVC HA-FX103M wired earbuds. Maybe because they're wired, the bass & sound quality are better in JVCs. But convenience wise, JLabs is the way to go. You would not be disappointed!

I got this item when it was on clearance. The product works well for the price point . It does cancel out noise, not 100% but they do drown out a good amount of background noise. I like that you can also control volume level from ear buds so you don't have to take out phone, etc to adjust volume. Their color options are great . Easy to charge . I've had them for 2 weeks and still haven't needed to charge the case . One complaint is that they fall out if you are doing to much movement. They are great if your looking for a decent alternative to higher priced items and they serve their purpose .

I have had these headphones for about a month. They sound great! Good clarity and deep bass. The battery life is very good as well. My only real complaints are the buds do not really stay in my ears while I am moving around (I wear them at work) and I wish they were a little louder. Other than that they are great for the price.

    Nice Truly Wireless Earbuds

These are nice little wireless earbuds. I will also say that I never use earbuds since they never stay in my ears. These fit perfectly and stay in place extremely well. These do come with different sized tips for different fits. Both the earbuds and the charging case seem to be constructed well and feel like a nice quality product. These are very easy to pair and connect very well every time. The instructions are simple. It takes a little to remember the touch operations, but once you do, it becomes more fluid. The touch controls are responsive and placed perfectly for ease of use without having to think about it much. The sound could be a bit more full all around, but for the price point is not bad. There are 3 preset equalizer options to help accessible via touch option on the earbuds. Some neat features are the ability to dual connect so you can use one or both earbuds at a time, utilizing smart assistants with apple (siri) and android. These have a 2 year warranty, are sweat resistant, and come with a nice charging case. It would be nice if it came with a USB wall plug adapter, though. Battery life is good. It is pretty close to the 5 hour life for the buds. Overall, these are pretty nice earbuds at their price point. Just don't expect audio file level sound.

These are great earbuds for the price. I’m a flight attendant and constantly losing my earbuds, so I had to find an affordable replacement for my AirPods. I’m on my third pair of these and they have yet to disappoint. Long battery life, easy to connect, great volume, sound, etc. They only fit a bit weird because of my ear piercing, but that’s on me. Would definitely recommend.

Love them - great next generation wireless ear bud

Summary: I really like these wireless earbuds. The quality is good, and they were ~$10 cheaper than the previous generation of this product. Most of the new/improved features are better than the earlier JLab Go earbuds (which I had for a couple years). Don't expect super high sound quality (like an over-the-ear headphones) but they work perfectly fine for listening to podcasts, audio books, and casual music listening. More details: * Connection to Right and Left Earbud: A new feature - connects (via Bluetooth) to both the Right and Left earbud. I sometimes use just one earbud (ex. when I ride my bike so I can still hear road sounds) and this allows me to use EITHER the left or right. Also, for long listens - when a single earbud battery dies you can pop in the other earbud. * Case: The case that holds the earbuds was updated. It's now open and has improved retention of the earbuds in the case. The old case had a flip top. I thought the ear buds would fall out of this case since there is no "lid". But the improved magnetic retention holds them in place. So far (after 2 months), the ear buds have never fallen out of the case - I've carried them in my computer case, coat pocket, pants pocket, etc. No issues. A couple small issues to be aware of: * Volume: They don't seem to be as loud as my old pair i.e. max volume. Ony an issue when I'm using them in a noisy environment like riding bike downhill fast or high ambient traffic noise. Not a showstopper but worth noting. * Fade In/Out: Occasionally the right and left earbud get out of a sync for a second or so - the sound dies in one earbud and then comes back. It's mildly annoying but not something that would keep me from buying them again. It seems to happen when the audio signal is sketchy so I suspect it has something to do with the separate Bluetooth connections for each earbud. My old JLab Go earbuds didn't do it (they used just one connection to the right earbud and then shared the signal from right to left earbud).

    Great backups and workout buds

SOUND (3/5) The sound quality does leave a fair bit to be desired.I find their "signature" setting is best, and bass boost is ok, even the best setting isn't stellar. Their "balanced" setting is trash though. Super tinny and flat sounding. Cannot recommend that setting at all. Make no mistake, you're not getting hifi buds for $30. FORM FACTOR (4/5) The buds feel nice, fit well and are small. The case is just ok, no lid, but magnets hold it in pretty well. You can shake them out, but it takes a pretty deliberate, tough shake. A lid wouldve gotten it 5/5 because everything else feels good. I also like the built in USB charger on the bottom of the case. nice to not have to find a cord. BATTERY LIFE (5/5) Pretty solid compared to many other, nicer buds. Longer than airpods and other buds that are WAY more expensive. Case and buds carry something like 22 hours. Other notes: bluetooth v5, which is good. Allows for use of one bud at a time.Touch controls work well and there's quite a bevy of stuff you can do. The things that get it up to 4 stars are the facts that they're only $30. You can't really go wrong so they make great backups if you have nicer buds. They're IP44 rated so they should stand up to sweat when working out, which is also nice considering a lot of higher end ones aren't water resistant at all. I would recommend them, just don't expect to get audiophile sound. Have these be your workout buds that you leave in your gym bag and i think you'll be satisfied.

My wife wanted some affordable earbuds. I got her AirPods and she felt they were too large for her ears. We came across the JLab -Go Air and she noticed that they felt really good in her ears and still provided a real good sound. She opted for the smaller ear tips which felt really good in her ear and enjoyed how they lasted for over 15 hours before she needed to charge them again. Speaking of charging, the JLab Pro Air comes with the charging case that has a built in usb Charger, so you don’t need to have a separate usb cord to connect with. The only issue with this is that it is short. Overall, she is really pleased with these earbuds.
