Bought this par as a replacement since the 1st one arrived broken. Not a great start trying J-Lab for the 1st time. Works fine. Charging sucks since it is a USB-C wire. It states that it can be plugged into a phone or computer to charge but it wouldn't. I had to buy a charger for it too. Stupid design.

I bought these earbuds on a pretty tight budget and wasn't expecting much, but I've been using them for 7 months now and I love them! Although you really do get what you pay for. After a couple of months they were a bit glitchy (I did happen to drop one in water. oops) and the case sometimes doesn't charge properly? Regardless, I use these just about every day and the battery life is probably the best part. The color is also nice. Sound quality is average, but they're really easy to use. If you're looking for a simple pair of wireless earbuds and don't want to spend too much, I'd definitely recommend that you purchase these.

Sound quality is excellent for music and videos, noise cancelling is great I really don't hear surrounding noises when I'm using them. It's easy to turn the noise cancelling off and on and Bluetooth connection is fast and automatic.

These sound nice and are fairly easy to use. I ended up using the medium-sized ear fitting. I guess the only complaint I have is the max volume is a little less than I would like, but that might be a good thing too lol

This is the first tiene that I buy and use these kind of products and I really like it, it was easy to set up in my IPad Pro, are comfortable to my ears and the sound is clear as well!! Easy to manage the volume and other functions only with little pokes on them.. I liked very much the magnet on their charging box so you won’t lose them..

Very good sound quality for the price. My own mistake for choice of color - should have ordered the white one. The magnets holding down the ear buds in the case are a bit strong, requiring more effort to remove them for use. But no issues with the sound quality or battery life so far.

This headphone is awesome, Charge lasts much longer, can hear music clearly.Calls works great. It's been only one month, so I don't know about the life of this headphone. Worth it and will buy again if needed.

These are my first earbuds I've ever had and I'm loving them. I've always been hard of hearing but these budshave made the music sounds so crystal clear yet I still have a hard time understanding words. That's just me not the ear plugs. They charged well held their charge came charged and I do wish the volume could go louder. Oh well.

The sound is good. Tech is good, it keeps running once it's in the ear. It also tells you when the battery is low. The only negative thing is it's not a tight fit in the ear. Over all it was a good buy.

Got these earbuds for fathers day 2020, They are easy to use, and sound good. Come with 3 different sized gel tips, I use the small ones and are very comfortable and fit good. Sound quality is a 7/10 but they are more than you'd expect for the price. They have 3 different sound settings but nothing to write home about. Even though there's no noise canceling they are pretty good at medium volume, specially during phone calls, if you're in a quiet place you can have a phone conversation with one of the earbuds on while the other one is in the charger, if you're in a louder setting you can use both at the same time and you won't hear too much distracting noises from the environment. The charger has a conveniently attached USB cable for easy plugging on a wall charger or a laptop/computer and charge fast and the charge last about five days with regular use. One thing I have had some issues with lately is that sometimes the earbuds don't disconnect from your device when you put them in the charger, which should do automatically, so I have to do it manually from my phone. It's supposed to recognize that they are docked in the charger and disconnect but doesn't always happen, but don't let that discourage you. Other than that, they're a good workout or activity pair and the price is on point. I'd recommend as a second pair or even as your only one if you're a frugal person like myself and don't care for the expensive ones that the kids on tik tok use.

Originally purchased for my kids as they needed headphones for their school computers. They worked great - until they didn't. Wouldn't charge properly - and often only one ear bud had sound. Tried to figure out how to "re-pair" them but was never able to. For $20 though they are great. Kids say they fit well in their ears. And connectivity aside - again for the $20 - if the kids lose them I'm not losing sleep.

I had the JLabs air true wireless for 2 years now. I was really surprised they lasted this long considering the price. My only issue was that you can only use the left earbud if you have the right earbud since the bluetooth connection was from the right ear bud. Now the Jlab Go Air came out and it connects independently. You can now use either left or right earbud. Also they are cheaper than the Jlabs air. Jlabs have also improved the bluetooth connection speed on these. Once removed from the case you will get the connection right away. I'm happy with this product. It connects well using the iPhone. Most of the time I use my Apple watch 3 to listen to Podcasts when running and it works very well. As for the sound, think its great! I do only listen to podcasts and it sounds very clear. As far as durability, I mentioned I had the previous model for 2 years now and still working so I'm confident about this company. In addition, the price is very reasonable, so if I happen to lose this, I can easily purchase another one without worrying about the price. This is a great product and I recommend this.

Good sound, stay in my ears, but the tap settings I find slightly difficult to use and the music does not pause when you take them out of your ears :(

We needed two sets of wireless ea buds for a recent 16 day trip to the west coast and Hawaii after forgetting our buds at home. Shopped Best Buy San Francisco and got these for a good price. They paired easily with our phones and tablets and sounded pretty good for their price. 100% happy.

Amazing battery life. Great sound! Sound isolation keeps so much unwanted sounds out and music in. Touch features and options are on point. Light weight and compact. An array of colors at a great price point. Get them all. Even for the wife. Over-all a great addition to my collection!

I love the color and sound and then all I like them a lot

I buy these for my 14 year old daughter. This Christmas i asked her if she wanted a new pair of earbuds, i actually recommended Beats brand, but she declined and said she wanted the same pair she had been using this past year , which is the JLAB go air pop. She had a pair that lasted a qhole year, and for a teenager thats impressive. She says the quality is outstanding and wants no other brand.

Daughter loves them so much. She got them to go with her pixel and they connected so easy. She's still younger and they stay in her ear just fine.
