I wish they were a little bit smaller for my tiny ears. Sound is amazing.

These held a great charge. Fit in my ears well and had different sizes for different sized ear lobes. However, I took them back yesterday for a refund. The sound was awful. Static. Also, extremely difficult to push the right buttons to increase/decrease volume, etc. Save your money and save up for something else. FYI-first time I’ve ever given Best Buy a bad review.

Great love it listing to jazz great sound. My nephew had to buy one aldo after he tried mine. Bought another pair for back up lower price. Same best buy.

The price was right so I thought I'd try this. I am pleased with the sound, although my fears about the device staying in my ear have proved true.

These are pretty good for the value. The only thing I do not like is how easy they slide out of my ears when moving around.

Functional is fine. However, it is very difficult to take it out from the container. That is the reason I give it 4 stars.

Compact earbuds that are easy to carry in the pocket. One of my first worries looking at the earbuds is that there’s no lid, but after having them in pocket for about a month now the magnets hold them in really well even with other items in the pocket.

Good one for the price but if possible would spend more and get a better one. Doesn't fit nicely for me.

These earbuds are amazing and doesn't break the bank either. I love them because they are very light weight.

Got these for work, only allowed to use one at a time, which works with the battery life.

I’m an audio professional and was looking for a cheap pair of ear buds for traveling. Wow - these are incredible for the price! The sound quality was better than expected, and the ear buds are a comfortable fit. Certainly exceeded my expectations. The features are unbeatable too - built in mic works great for calls, accessible to siri, and multiple options for sound mix. If you’re looking for a good pair of earbuds that you wouldn’t be heartbroken to lose, these are the ones for you!

Has no volume boost but otherwise ok. It takes a little while to get used to controls but functions ok.

Works well for not much money. Blue tooth to my phone gives me all the music I need for a walk.

They work very well, I do have a problem with them not playing and stopping with double tap but other then that they seem like they will work good for my use

Good for the cost of $20 they have 2 other sizes of of ear plugs and they are hidden in the packaging so don’t throw away until you find them

My wife doesn't use her headphones unless she is shopping and this does a great job for the little amount of time she uses them.

This is my 2nd pair for on the go. Sound is good just like my 1st pair that I still use. Easy to charge and carry. No problems with these.

Loved them! Jlab is a great brand! Definitely would recommend to friends and family..
