    I bought these as a Christmas gift for my daughter, the sound quality was great but she kept experiencing connectivity issues. We can't swap them out because it's after 30 days. Waste of money

    Decently priced for what they are. Very basic and bulky, but useful. I got a pair for my daughter and one for my mom, for their minimal needs these are fine

    Defective red earpieces

    Bought several earpieces for my family but the red ones were damaged and not operating properly. Will attempt to change defective for new pair. Will update rating depending on how the process goes.

    Worth every penny. The charge on the buds could be better, but the case allows for multiple recharges so that complaint is virtually mitigated. Good quality buds.

    The sound is ok for the price; however, I have a problem taking them out of the charger/case. Not very easy to grip the buds to remove them.

    where to start...Usually I am pretty impressed with JLab products. Unfortunately, my experience with JLab this time around hasn't been good. These buds don't stay in my ears. I had hoped the free gift Cloud Foam Mnemonic Universal Earbud Tips that I ordered would solve that problem, but they sent me the wrong thing. When I emailed them on a Friday to send me the correct tips he emailed back his apologies for the wrong item and said I would have to return the incorrect item and that he would do that on Monday. So I have to wait 3 more days to return an item that costs less than shipping before they will send the correct item. That will add even more days of not being able to use them. These buds are hard to remove from the case. The instructions pamphlet was poorly written. They don't stay in my ears. They are hard to grip to put in and it is easy to accidentally hit the end which is apparently the trigger to force the track I am listening to back to the beginning. I really liked my JBuds Pro Signature Wireless earbud headphones, but I accidently broke them so I ordered these things. Returning these buds. Ordering a replacement of what I had before.

    Found the features incredibly difficult to use. They either wouldn’t trigger the desired function or would over trigger at the slightest touch

    Going by online reviews, I got this one for my kid. It's difficult to get the buds out in the space the cap provides and the cap gets closed often. And the sound is a bit low quality (considering the price, it's kinda ok).

    I bought these to listen to books on tape while I sleep. They were fine to sleep in comfort wise; however, something about the frequency(?) disturbed my sleep. I had return to my wired ones.

    I bought this item from Bestbuy on Dec 27, 2021, . It was working good for 2 weeks then it has 2 issues: 1- It didn't turn off when I put them back in the case, never. 2- the right bud charged full then dropped very quickly to 20% (less than 5 minutes) then to 0 after one minute, while the left one can run for 6 to 7 hours!! I tried several attempts to fix it like factory reset ( 7 tabs) never worked. also tap and hold for 3 seconds to turn it manually, never turned off till battery finished.. Please help

      That is really strange. It's difficult to say for sure without inspecting them if the issue is in the charging case or the earbud.     Not bad. After some use the silicone hurts my ears and they don't stay in very well. They have 3 different sizes. Sound quality is good.

    Hard to remove from the charging case. If you have long slim fingernails, then not so much. Also they sometimes stay attached to your Bluetooth even when you put them back in the charging case and close the top.
