However, with the 2nd pair I purchased, the right ear bud stopped connecting. It would only turn on, but not connect to anything. I tried resetting the ear buds, re-pairing the ear buds, and nothing would fix it.

Turns out eating moves the ear too. So one ear bud keeps falling off. The music does not get as loud as several wired ear buds also using. Bought on Black Friday for half price. Satisfied with quality at this great bargain.

Left chsrging for 12 hours, still wouldnt charge. Customer service was no help. Sent my bank statement and they refused to refund or exchange unless I sent them a picture of destroyed buds I already threw away. Poor quality control, big hassle for service. Do not recommend.
