    Between microphone barely picking up my voice and disconnection/battery issues on almost every pair I had (the one thay did work as long as i had them suffered the fate of water damage), I just don't think the quality control on this product is that good. For heavy users, invest in something more than this for longevity and features.

    Tinny don't sound good Hard to get in and out of case (slippery) The buttons suck, if you get a hair touch a button your movie jumps back to the beginning but if you try to use the buttons like the manual says no luck These are junk , it takes at least 4 tries to get both to pair

    Touch Controls Make Me Wanna Bash My Head In

    The touch controls are SO ANNOYING, I can't stand them. There needs to be a way to turn them off. I try to listen to music while I'm working in the rain and my songs just skip nonstop! I try to adjust them and the volume changes, or the mode switches. If I want to change my music or the volume, I'll do it on my phone not the confusing annoying touch controls. There's already a very easy way to do these things, absolutely no reason for touch controls.

    Buds Failed , wasted a lot of time

    Bad experience. Purchased while traveling. Spent entire day trying to charge. Failed to charge. Left chsrging for 12 hours, still wouldnt charge. Customer service was no help. Sent my bank statement and they refused to refund or exchange unless I sent them a picture of destroyed buds I already threw away. Poor quality control, big hassle for service. Do not recommend.

    Not worth it. Only works on 1 device.

    I got 2 of these and they only worked on 1 device. To have it work on another device I needed to have my device (iPhone) forget device and installed it to my mac mini and have to do the same thing. The other one was for a family member and it was the same thing for them as well. These JLab Go Air Pop's aren't dual connect that they say it is in their website.

    dont stay in ear to well also if i leave off for a week sometimes they need to be charged up again afrer 2 months

    NOT Good product!

    The earbuds broken! I used earplugs after charging 2-3 timew with my cell phone; now the right does not work, no blue light flashing or solid to state its charged. The left works (audio and turns down sound) but I need the right to turn up the volume. I tried testing and resetting as instructions states, no luck! And when you bend down, most likely the buds fall out, inspite of selecting 'correct' size end. My $20 spent is lost, do not buy this product!

    took forever to.get them to connect to my phone doesnt have a very long battery life and takes forever to charge them

    Nothing but problems

    One ear bud will play music only, depending on which one you take out of the case first. Its extremely frustrating that only one or the other works but not both like it should be. Hopefully i can return this item or switch out with a new one. It shouldnt be this hard to find actual working ear buds that dont cost an arm and a leg.

    Worst earbuds I ever had

    Disconnects from playing audio all the time, like multiple times a use, it becomes almost unusable. Then when you try and reconnect them, you need to place them back in the case and then take them out again or they wont reconnect

    I bought it because it was the cheapest one I could find. It did work for like about 2 weeks and then it stopped working. I tried customer service but was trash btw. I tried resetting the device but didn't work either.

    I bought it in December 2022, everything worked fine until two months ago, it only charges the right one. I thought I was connecting it wrong, but after checking it, it does not have a good magnetic contact to charge.
