    Unless you feel like holding your phone the entire time you listen to music don’t get them. Every time I put my phone in my pocket while listening to music, the music keeps cutting out

    Worked great, at first. Now they won't connect properly to most of my bluetooth electronics. Sometimes, they stay connected even when I put them away in the charger. Sometimes, no matter what I do, they won't connect at all.

      Hi there, please try troubleshooting by doing this:

      1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case

      2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device and turn Bluetooth off

      3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 7x quickly, one at a time

      4. Remove both earbuds from the case. One should blink blue and white, the other a solid white.

      6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device.
