    Decent headphones but overpriced. I recently purchased a similar pair from walmart for less which have been louder and better quality.

    The price on these are great and love how they look but the sound is very low when I connected them to an LG phone sounded ok on my iPhone

    I would love to review my purchase, I’m actual very excited about getting them. Only thing is I HAVEN’T RECEIVED THEM YET, I purchased them on the 4/13/20. Today is 4/25/20, I tried to call and see what the issue was or how to go about tracking a different way, but the wait time was 1 hour and 20 minutes of hold time. Which I understand because of COVID-19. When I track them with the tracking number it just says delayed shipment. I just need to know if I’ll ever get the headphones, will they ship a new order, or will I get my money back?

    its really not that good you have to have both headphones on to control the volume when you take them off they don't stop sound is really bad

    Hard to remove out of case.

    It's hard to take these out of the case. There's no where to grip the buds. It's bad enough that I want to return it even though it's a good price.

    Absolutely disappointed, would not buy again. Had low expectations for the price paid and didn't even meet those. Bought in September but just recently finally used them (which, of course, puts me outside the return window. That's on me, not Best Buy or JLab). Left ear quit in less than an hour on full charge. With phone set at full volume, sound was barely more than a whisper. Recharged earbuds and tried again. Left took 3 attempts to get to work and then could still barely hear in either ear. Junk.

    Bought these to replace a lost pair. Sound quality was not good at all, too much background noise, did not use for very long, had to replace them after 2 weeks of use.

    Literally took a crap on me the day after I threw out the packaging. Won't charge won't power on won't connect, not a dang thing. I had full faith in these being that I've purchased them before and they worked perfectly, I even liked them better than my AirPods. I have other JLab headphones and they were always awesome. I guess you win some you lose some.

    I lost my Airdots, so I had to buy some other cheap and small earbuds. I bought these, and instantly started missing my old earbuds for their comfort.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     Sounds good in your ear but they are a hassle to stay in your ear, they fall out so easily and are so easy to lose

    I'll begin by saying that I don't think I got as great of a fit as some others can, but that certainly isn't the major set back with these. The volume is very limited and has minimal range. The sound quality is EXACTLY what you'd expect from a $30 pair of wireless earbuds; no bass with an average sound mix. Honestly, I would not recommend these. Choose a wired pair every time, unless you ABSOLUTELY need full wireless earbuds.

    Sound is only decent but the biggest problem I have is that the stems are so big that I can't properly fit them in my ear and they constantly fall out.

    The box states it came with 3 sets of earbud tips in different sizes. Only one pair was included and they're too large for my ears. These will probably be returned.

    These things stop working in less than 2 months. I had already exchanged one time, so I didn't bother turning them in and doing another exchange. Won't buy any more buds from BB (Best Buy)

    These ear buds fall out of your ear more often than not. I’ve tried all three ear bud sizes and it doesn’t make a difference.
