    I had a problem connecting to Blue tooth on IPAD. The product may be defective. SO I returned to the store.

    Decent entry/mid-level true wireless earbuds

    The JLab - GO Air True Wireless In-Ear Headphones have a good design. They have a nice shape for fitting in the ears, are fairly lightweight and generally comfortable (after extended periods of use, my ears are not begging me to pull them out). Each earbud has a multi-function "button" (not a clicking button, but tap activated) that have different functions based on the number of taps (or light touches) and the current use (such as music vs. call). The sound is pretty good. Between my phone's normal equalizer setup and changing the EQ Sound Mode to Bass Boost (there are also JLab Signature and Balanced modes), It pretty close to what I get from another, higher-end brand that I mostly use, but not quite the richness that I am used to. I will say that the battery life is decent, and good enough at least for what I use them for. Each charge gives up to 5 hours of use. The charging case has enough stored for 3 additional charges, allowing 20+ hours of use without need to plug in to charge everything. It takes about 1.5 hours to charge the earbuds. The charging case is an interesting design. It doesn't have closeable lid, but does had raised sides to give a little more protection. Unfortunately, those raised sides make it a little bit more difficult to remove the earbuds (I seem to lose my grip every time after getting them out and basically drop them). The earbuds will stay secured in their charging bays via a magnetic catch. The case has a built-in USB charging cable that folds under and stores in the base. The catch with that is the cable is only barely over 2" long. While these may not be considered premium headphones, they are a really good value for the price!

    Bought as gift for Daughter.Im sure she'll be happy with them.She has mentioned them before too me.Kids know a decent value for the money aswell.

    These sucked. I wouldn't use these even if I needed a back up pair. The moment they go in your ear they feel uncomfortable. They fall out easily. The moment I put my phone in my pocket the connection got choppy. Bad design the whole way around.

    Bought these for my daughter to use at work, she says they work great and she likes the idea that she can wear them without the wires so she don't get caught at work wearing them when she's not supposed to.

    I love that the charger is built in so I can never lose it. I was also worried about the call quality but I've had a lot of good feedback on it! They said it was clear and didnt seem muffled.

    My 14 yr old son says they hurt the inside of his ears and he's a decent size 14 yr old. The sound is so so as well.

    You need the app to fully use all the features of these buds. The app is full of bugs and wont pair to your buds. Save your money if you want the full experience. If these are just your backup buds and you don't care about the extra features, get em.
