Posted .Hi there, you may find that the sound is better when you try different ear tips, give them a slight twist when placing in your ear, and switch between EQ settings. Don't forget to turn the earbuds up all the way via touch controls. If this doesn't help, please reach out to our customer support team to assist you. -JLab
