    Cheap... the sound quality is bad and most of the only one of the ear pieces works.

    They have never worked correctly. At first they would sporadically have problems charging, even though the green light said they were charged. Now they are just dead, won't charge at all. I barely used them. They were for my work computer and stayed at my desk at all times. Do not buy

    Not comfortable to wear and easy to lose

    Not a fan of these earbuds. They make my ear itchy and sometimes painful and also make me feel like my ears are full of water or that my head is under water when I wear them. I would honestly return them but I lost one while running and could not find it. I am really disappointed in this product.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     Excellent product so far. The case holds a charge for a very long time and I haven’t had to recharge it very often. The earbuds stay in place and the sound is very good. It’s an excellent value for the price.

    I didn't buy the earbuds from Best Buy but it is the same ones I bought. The earbuds are great! It is a bit bulky but that's ok! It great too especially the price! I would recommend if you're looking for a low price earbuds but with good quality!

    I had them for 4 months but all of a sudden one of the headphones stop working, for that price I can’t ask too much for the performance of the device but I would like them to last a little longer. I’m still using the one that has survived without any failure’s.
