I liked them at first because I wasn't willing to pay 100+ for AirPods. They connect to my phone quickly and they weren't uncomfortable to wear. My main problem was the volume and the poor quality when talking on the phone. I don't listen to blaring loud music, but these earphones are really low in sound. I use my wired earphones that apple gave me and the volume is great. Also, when I'm on the phone, the other person can't hear me when I'm outside or anything. Overall, I wish I didn't purchase this, its been sitting in my drawer for quite a while.

In my case, something I can use at work to listen to music but still hear what's going on and to talk on my phone hands free.

It also starts cutting in and out if I'm more than 6 feet away from my device. It's still a great product for the price though.
