The only thing I am not satisfied is the volume is not as loud as other ear phone. I have to increase volume to 70 or 80.

I was told I sounded muffled on phone no matter what I did. And it didn't fit well on ear with any of included cushion. After a while my ears hurt. 2 days later still hurts.
