    All the were sorry''s is NOT good enough, Personally i Hate the word sorry, its like we will correct and do better and support is very important and if their so many problems that should tell you something, Back in Old days , Some are so smart their down right stupid, its like most their never put personal use to the test be all the for releasing to the public way up to a year of use of developers personal use NOT a bunch of BS to milk people put of their hard earn money and keeping at a very decent price especially for seniors who are on fixed incomes. (Universal for all wireless,WiFi and Bluetooth (Tv's,Stereos,Car Stereos,Pc,Laptops, androids and apple compliance,Covering all sound formats etc.al) Clean Noise Cancelling sound,Great high bass adjustments and comfort.Last long charging for hours and days of top enjoyment and comfort. Be the Best top of the line in the market place keeping price down. This way you will rake in the money at a very low Best price. Ps: Dont talk the talk BUT walk your talk by backing it up an stay at the top of your field in all areas

    Tinny don't sound good Hard to get in and out of case (slippery) The buttons suck, if you get a hair touch a button your movie jumps back to the beginning but if you try to use the buttons like the manual says no luck These are junk , it takes at least 4 tries to get both to pair

    The earbuds broken! I used earplugs after charging 2-3 timew with my cell phone; now the right does not work, no blue light flashing or solid to state its charged. The left works (audio and turns down sound) but I need the right to turn up the volume. I tried testing and resetting as instructions states, no luck! And when you bend down, most likely the buds fall out, inspite of selecting 'correct' size end. My $20 spent is lost, do not buy this product!

    not very good ear buds

    took forever to.get them to connect to my phone doesnt have a very long battery life and takes forever to charge them

    These things sound tiny. No base response to speak of whatever. Aren’t worth the cost of shipping or driving to return them

    The material is kinda bad , the volume buttons don't work well sync problems..too small on ear's

    I bought it in December 2022, everything worked fine until two months ago, it only charges the right one. I thought I was connecting it wrong, but after checking it, it does not have a good magnetic contact to charge.

    You get what you pay for

    Sound quality is very poor. They sound shallow, and filled with treble... like an old clock radio. I didn't expect much for the price, but the sound quality is unacceptable, and makes these earbuds unusable.

    Randomly calls people

    These are the worst headphones i have ever owned. When you tap to pause music it instead calls a random number from your contact list. They took way too long to pair to a bluetooth device.

    Didnt last long

    One earbud stopped working after a few weeks. Also, there was never finger grips to put on the earbuds like ive seen onother brands. WIthout any finger hold they're too smooth of edges so they slip out of my fingers easily.

    Cheap construction.

    Battery life fell to a third of original capacity within a month. Each earbud had a speaker grille located inside which dissolved and fell out due to cheap adhesive.

    Cheap quality. Cheap sound. Sounds like an echo. Not worth any penny spent on these. Equivalent to a purchase you can make in dollar tree store.
