Good luck with the bluetooth
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought these would be a good alternative to the similar style Beats by Dre that i had constant connectivity problems with, but they turned out to do the exact same thing. After a few months use i really noticed the problems. I would put these in my ear, it says its connected, i press play on a movie or podcast and its playing the sound through my phone speaker, not the headphones. Multiple attempts were made to re-par them with no luck. It says its connected, but have no clue what to. Very user unfriendly.

Off the plane, I couldn't use them on a street. If a car drove by, it was too loud for the earbuds. I needed to hold my phone in my right hand. The Bluetooth wasn't powerful enough.

Told worker to keep my broken headphones… they did
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Item did not work (opened couple weeks after purchase, lots going on you know), brought back to Springfield, PA Bestbuy location, showed receipt, was told I could exchange and to get another pair, got the other pair, and said “actually we cannot accept exchange on this.” Forced to buy the other pair and kid matched my original price as consolation for a $2 discount. $26.00 up in smoke. I’m a great customer, and feel like the team there easily could have gone out of their way for me, but probably deal with many bad/naggy/fraudulent customers in the area. Treated me like one of them. Complete joke.

Stopped working within 3 weeks of basic use
