Purchased for my kids and they love them. Would buy again.

No doubt these work great! They are just too big for my ears. I don't use them, but this is not a fault of the product.

I have other earbuds made by Jlab and love them. I only use them in one ear while at work and take it out when I’m around other people. I thought the over ear loop would be convenient so I could just keep the earbud on my ear instead of moving it in and out of my pocket. I bought 2 pairs. One for me and one for my fiancé… both pairs were returned because we both thought they were awful. The ear loop was not comfortable nor was it easy to mold to your ear to fit any better. Compared to my other jlab earbuds, the sound and battery life were really bad. The one thing I can say is that the Bluetooth connectivity of jlab is always very good. They let you know by saying, “Bluetooth connected, battery full” and also they let you know when the battery is low.

Exactly what I needed. These headphones are exactly what I needed for exercising.

I had bought this before and i bought 3more for my family i payed 30.00 for mine and the other 3 was 19.00

the volume is “low”, very low, hard to hear! Not sure it’s hard to de ide whats the issue.

First time user of JLab. I bought this as a back up pair and so far so good

For the money these are very good. Not as good as AirPods but WAAAY cheaper and they don’t fall out of your ears.

After owning these for only 2 weeks, one of the earbuds wouldn't charge anymore. I had only worn these once. Best Buy's return policy states that I can only return these 15 days after purchase. I could not return these in time, because I was out of town. I will no longer buy this brand of earbuds/headphones. I will also question my purchases at Best Buy with such a short return and exchange policy.

I brought three of these and I purchase the noise canceling as well.

I've had them less then a month and one of the ear buds is already not working. Also the mic is super sensitive. If you walk/run outside it will pick up the slightest wind and create a lot of interference with the sound. I completely regret trying to save a few bucks and picking up this brand & model ear buds.

I didnt use them right away because i didnt realize i had to buy a new adapter for this product's abnormal charger. The jabra sport+ earbuds worked for one charge - then after recharge the right earbud no longer works. Im past the 30 day return window.

Within a month the right ear piece had no sound. I followed the troubleshooting/reset instructions and even brought to my local Best Buy with negative results. There was only a 15 day window to exchange/return so I am stuck. I essentially paid $25 for one month usage. Researching the internet for resolution I found that this is a common problem with the product. When they functioned, the quality was OK. A little “tinny” in sound and marginal volume, but served the purpose (for one month). I will unlikely purchase another JLab product.

Serves the purpose of talking on the phone, but not the best for the gym imo. I have ised these when leaving my bose at home at times and they do ok to help get me through workouts but much prefee my Bose!
