Complete crap. charging is so strange. you have to plug the base into a wall square instead of using a wire. not good for everyday use. the ear piece has now broke off after only 2 months of use.

This version is absolutely terrible terrible. Do not buy. I want to take to get my money back, but I can’t find my box. Sounds like dollar store headphones.

I didn’t like them at. They didn’t come with any instructions. I’m not a fan of them not having a charging cord. Which left me with the only option to charge them in my car. You get what you pay for.

Second pair of these, and they lasted all of two months. Same problem -- one of the ear buds fails.
Went to the store expecting it would willingly exchange them. No luck, because i did not purchase a Best Buy protection plan.
Sorry Best Buy, but you have lost my business.

One ear bud broken in less than two month

I bought this headphone less than 2 months ago. I use it only during running 2-3 times a week. Already right ear bud is dead. Left ear bud is still working but cannot be used with hoodie on. This is a cheap headphone but I didn't expect it will break within 2 months. Wish I could return it

Useless! It works for a few weeks, then the left earpiece malfunctions despite the earpieces being fully charged. The left earbud tells you “GoodBye” and you hear no music or sound prior to that Goodbye. Never buying again!
