Wife loves them! Uses them at work and around home

Difficult to charge. Case light stops blinking after 2 minutes. When connecting, only 1 earpiece works. Put it back in case. Wait 1 minute then it connects. Says battery full but 2 minuts later says battery low and disconnects. Customet Support is worthless. Don't waste your money.

Within a month the right ear piece had no sound. I followed the troubleshooting/reset instructions and even brought to my local Best Buy with negative results. There was only a 15 day window to exchange/return so I am stuck. I essentially paid $25 for one month usage. Researching the internet for resolution I found that this is a common problem with the product. When they functioned, the quality was OK. A little “tinny” in sound and marginal volume, but served the purpose (for one month). I will unlikely purchase another JLab product.

Sound is not good. I have tried all supplied rubber ear pieces. Just sounds far away without really cranking the volume. Even then it is not much from a bass standpoint. Unfortunately got busy and missed my return window. Otherwise, I would have taken these back.

The sound is good. It does offer some noise cancelling. But I can hardly stand to wear them. I have tried different positions and these are just not comfortable. Stretch them out hasn't worked either. It is my own fault for missing the return period for these but I just couldn't expect not loving a JLab product.

Disappointed the a plug which fits the charging cable was not included. It is an odd shape clip so I was not able to use until i made another trip to store. Product useless without this.

I really wanted to like these earbuds, especially because they are my 1st pair ever. The fit is fine and they sound good, but for some reason they have a tendency to disconnect when I'm listening to them working out. I know I'm not to far away because my phone is literally right next to me. For that reason I'm giving them 2 stars and will be exchanging them.

Battery does not lasts long. I used it for 2 meetings and they were less than 3 hours and the battery is dead

The good, they're inexpensive. The not-so-good, they sound less than mediocre. They filled the niche I needed for working out and not being concerned if I lose them. Not for audiophiles, obviously.
