The first pair I bought lasted about 4 weeks before 1 earphone stopped working. Best Buy replaced the set with a new set.
I have had it for about 5 weeks, and 1 earphone has stopped working. Unfortunately, I am on an extended business trip, without the receipt .

They don't fit as comfortable as I would like. The sound is not as loud as my old Skullcandy either. Just a cheap earbud wiuld not recommend.

I returned these earbuds. The left one did not work. Replaced with one like these but in black. This pair worked but the volume was not loud enough to hear over the treadmill noise. Returned and got a pair of Sony WF-500. The volume is louder than the JLab pair but could still be a bit louder. My treadmill is very noisy.

One bud stopped charging

One of the buds stopped charging after it got through the case battery once (about 6 hours). Now that bud does not hold a charge longer than 30 min, and it has taken about 3 days to get it charged to that level. I would not recommend to anybody

The right earbud doesn't always work, and the charge does not last as long as it should!

Left earbud stops working

Bought these about a month ago. Within a couple weeks the left ear bud stopped turning on. Tried all the hints online but to no avail. Had same problem with this brand previously, but had hoped it was a one off thing. I was wrong.

Sound quality is adjustable but never very good. Any time I try to make calls with these headphones-the people can barely hear me, it picks up outside noise better than my voice, and I sound distorted even without any outside noise. Additionally, if I turn my head slightly too far, sound cuts out in one, if not both, headphones.
