Best Buy replaced the set with a new set. I have had it for about 5 weeks, and 1 earphone has stopped working. Unfortunately, I am on an extended business trip, without the receipt .

This pair worked but the volume was not loud enough to hear over the treadmill noise. Returned and got a pair of Sony WF-500. The volume is louder than the JLab pair but could still be a bit louder. My treadmill is very noisy.

One bud stopped charging

Now that bud does not hold a charge longer than 30 min, and it has taken about 3 days to get it charged to that level. I would not recommend to anybody

Left earbud stops working

Within a couple weeks the left ear bud stopped turning on. Tried all the hints online but to no avail. Had same problem with this brand previously, but had hoped it was a one off thing. I was wrong.

Any time I try to make calls with these headphones-the people can barely hear me, it picks up outside noise better than my voice, and I sound distorted even without any outside noise. Additionally, if I turn my head slightly too far, sound cuts out in one, if not both, headphones.
