    I bought these for use with my Switch. It could be an issue with the switch or the earbuds. THey could be a better match.

As you can find low latency, longer battery life, Quick mute functions and a Boom mic to better project your voice online.     I had high hopes for these. I had heard great things about this brand, but these little guys were very weak. I returned them.

    Second pair of these, and they lasted all of two months. Same problem -- one of the ear buds fails. Went to the store expecting it would willingly exchange them. No luck, because i did not purchase a Best Buy protection plan. Sorry Best Buy, but you have lost my business.

    This is the second pair I bought. They don’t charge well after the first use sound very low definitely would not purchase again.

    These Earbuds seem to work well, but I find them very uncomfortable and they hurt my ears no matter which rubber ends I use

    This version is absolutely terrible terrible. Do not buy. I want to take to get my money back, but I can’t find my box. Sounds like dollar store headphones.

    I didn’t like them at. They didn’t come with any instructions. I’m not a fan of them not having a charging cord. Which left me with the only option to charge them in my car. You get what you pay for.

    They don't fit as comfortable as I would like. The sound is not as loud as my old Skullcandy either. Just a cheap earbud wiuld not recommend.

    Useless! It works for a few weeks, then the left earpiece malfunctions despite the earpieces being fully charged. The left earbud tells you “GoodBye” and you hear no music or sound prior to that Goodbye. Never buying again!

    The first pair I bought lasted about 4 weeks before 1 earphone stopped working. Best Buy replaced the set with a new set. I have had it for about 5 weeks, and 1 earphone has stopped working. Unfortunately, I am on an extended business trip, without the receipt .

    I returned these earbuds. The left one did not work. Replaced with one like these but in black. This pair worked but the volume was not loud enough to hear over the treadmill noise. Returned and got a pair of Sony WF-500. The volume is louder than the JLab pair but could still be a bit louder. My treadmill is very noisy.
