The sound quality is poor at best. The right ear bud stopped charging after two uses. Lastly, you get a ton of wind noise in your ear on the slightest windy day. I absolutely do not recommend

The controls for the volume don't work consistently. When you put the headphones back in the case it doesn't disconnect from whatever you're listening to, you have to manually disconnect. It keeps searching to connect and then wears out the battery. I'm going to throw this headset in the trash and order another headset from Amazon.

The sound is meh. But the real problem is that these earbuds will not Bluetooth connect to exercise equipment at the gym while two other Bluetooth earphone and earbuds connect easily to the same machines in seconds. I gave up trying to use these JLab things. $25 wasted.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is always our goal to deliver a great experience, and we feel gutted when we don't succeed. We will use the feedback to improve and prevent this from happening again.

right on my ears

Didn't like the fact that these buds didn't have much bass in them; close to none, in my opinion. Maybe it was just me, but they kept feeling like they were going to fall out of my ears even though they're hook-on buds. I returned them the next day.

Ive had these for a week (7 days). Used them 6 days. And today the right earbud stopped working after some sweat got onto it during a workout. Sound completely cut out and all touch function for that earbud stopped working. Even more frustrating because without the right earbud the touch function on the left one stops working too. These are NOT made for people who actually sweat during workouts. I would not recommend these earbuds.

-Sound is ok as it relates to music, but goes in and out sometimes and the bass doesn't hit for real lol. :(
- For audio calls these work great
-If I had the time i would have returned them for the second time.
