Sound quality and connectivity were excellent. However, after about two weeks the right ear bud stoped working. Then the ear buds would randomly connect to my phone when stored in the case. Now the ear buds won't turn off when stored in the case.

After years of using Apple earbuds, devices that cost twice as much yet never stayed securely in my ears or offered satisfying audio quality. I was ready for a change. I’m glad I made the switch.
