    The right earbud stopped working on the 3rd use. Now a couple of months in they won’t pair with my phone.

    I bought tgese to listen to a book on an airplane. I could hear very little. I couldn't use them. Off the plane, I couldn't use them on a street. If a car drove by, it was too loud for the earbuds. I needed to hold my phone in my right hand. The Bluetooth wasn't powerful enough.

    Told worker to keep my broken headphones… they did

    Item did not work (opened couple weeks after purchase, lots going on you know), brought back to Springfield, PA Bestbuy location, showed receipt, was told I could exchange and to get another pair, got the other pair, and said “actually we cannot accept exchange on this.” Forced to buy the other pair and kid matched my original price as consolation for a $2 discount. $26.00 up in smoke. I’m a great customer, and feel like the team there easily could have gone out of their way for me, but probably deal with many bad/naggy/fraudulent customers in the area. Treated me like one of them. Complete joke.

    I bought these teal earbuds and was soexcited to use them. Only to find that the extra ear pieces were not included in my box. Very disappointed.

    Did not receive in the mail & Best Buy had a stupid policy about a 2 week notice but I work 12 hrs a week so how was I supposed to know? Would not recommend shopping with them.

    Stopped working within 3 weeks of basic use

    I got these 3 weeks ago. The right ear phone alert stopped working completely. And Best Buy’s return policy won’t allow me to return them.
