Don’t even bother trying to go running with they will just keep popping out. Don’t get me wrong the sound is good but wearing them sucks

These are very thin, very quiet, they do not get loud at all. They are fine for using in quiet environments. Compared to a Motorola Boom headset for cell phones, these don't sound as good as that. I've tried the 3 EQ settings, the JLab one sounds the best. Only thing I haven't tried is a volume booster on Android (I've done the Android Dev trick, that doesn't help these get much louder at all). But for $30, if you just want something for your commute or your desk at work, these are fine. You will hear everyone talking about you still with these in & cranked unfortunately.
