The buttons on the side of the bud are hard to figure out. The fit is ok but not as good as the skull candy buds.

Tapping each one to control volume, change tracks, and other operations does take some effort to get used to. Third use, one fell out as I was leaning over a pail of water. Pulled it out and it quit working. I forced it to turn off and left it in a bag of rice for 48 hours. It started working again. They still work. I was ready to go purchase another pair, and will when these die. Bluetooth operation needed because newer I-phones do not have a headphone jack.

Got home tried them out and left side didn’t work so I returned to the store and exchanged for another pair. Tried out the second pair and same thing. One side keeps not working. Had to return item.

Posted .Hi there, I'm sorry you had to take multiple trips to the store and unfortunately these probably weren't broken rather both buds weren't pairing at the same time. To fix that you'd follow the pairing instructions in the manual that are as follow:
1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device, and turn Bluetooth off
3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 5x quickly, one at a time
4. Choose which bud you want as your dominant, and remove that bud alone. After a few seconds, you should see blue/white flashing lights.
5. remove the remaining bud from the case, wait until you see a solid white light.
6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device.
