I have so many issues with the connection and it’s really frustrating. I’ll be listening to something, pause it for a little while, and go to listen to it again and the earbuds have disconnected and don’t want to reconnect. I shouldn’t have to turn Bluetooth off and then on and then off and reset my phone and turn Bluetooth back on and try again. No way. Avoid these. (I’m not exaggerating. I really have to do that.)

Bought these as a cheap replacement for my airpods. Sound wasn’t as loud. I do like the charger attached for easy charging. U just plug it into a power block.

Posted .Hi there, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together.
1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device, and turn Bluetooth off
3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 7x quickly, one at a time
4. Choose which bud you want as your dominant, and remove that bud alone. After a few seconds, you should see blue/white flashing lights.
5. remove the remaining bud from the case, wait until you see a solid white light.
6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device.

The con is the will disconnect from just touching and that can be vet annoying. Overall good buy for the price point.
