Overall, he loves these... I think the only thing we'd do different is pay more for the model that has Tile so we can find it since he's not the best of keeping track of his things.

The volume is good,but I wish they could go a little bit louder. For receiving calls it's a little spotty. Whoever your talking to they can barely hear you, if there's any noise in the background. For the price listening to music, podcasts, books they're great.

Best Buy pickup went well.. only 2 stars bc the volume constantly changes.. I tried to wear them while coming the other day so I could listen to my audio book and they'd turn up full blast (on their own) right when I couldn't use my hands. Again when I listened to my book laying in bed they'd adjust on their own.. all the way down to silent. Idk if my hair had gently brushed it but if that's the case they're too sensitive. It only happens when I wear both. If I use them individually they're fine... Just disappointed. If the volume didn't jump around I'd give them 5.
